Non-returnable items will be clearly identified where applicable.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return results from our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item)

4. Exchanges

  • Requests for exchanges (e.g., different product or variation) must be submitted through customer support

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide supporting information such as photos or documentation, if requested

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

6. Return Shipping

  • US Defensor is not responsible for items lost during return transit
